Lombok! (Part 3: Mataram, Beaches, Desa Sade)

From Gili Trawangan to Lombok, Me, Kak Tri, and Damar only used a boat. Damar took his motorcycle. Me and Kak Tri searched  for a public transportation to go to Mataram. There was none of them -_- Me and Kak Tri met Damar again. Damar asked us to be with him with the motorcycle. So here we are, 3 YOUTHS with each BACKPACK in a MATIC MOTORCYCLE!

The RAIN started to pour. If you know the road from the harbor to Mataram, it is like in Puncak Bogor. There is a lot of up and down road. Luckily, Damar is a good driver. He managed to gas the bike without slipping in that hard rain. Actually he wanted to accompany us until Senggigi, so the bike would not broken. There was still no public transportation, so he accompanied us until Mataram.

After 2 hours in a bike (but still, the Denpasar's ride was worse), we finally arrived in Mataram. Yeay! We searched for a food. The owner knew that we were from other town so the price was higher -_- I regret to eat there. Mataram is the capital city of this area, so there are more people here. We, 3 people in 1 bike, got no helmet, managed to cross the road without police warning HAHAHA. And we did!

We arrived in a house, Jalan Bangil V no. 5. Kak Tri knew this place from Backpacker Lombok in facebook. She also met Damar there hahaha. The owner welcomed us, Pak Ikhsan and his wife. They have 5 children. One of them passed away because of sickness :( The other have their own family, so the room is empty. They welcomed us with snacks and water. They were very kind, you should go there if you want.

The next day, we got breakfast from them :') Pak Ikhsan wanted to accompany us to Kuta. Now, 2 person in each bike, with a helmet on hahaha. We arrived in Tanjung Aan. This place is way nicer than Gili Trawangan.
We walked for less than an hour to go to Batu Payung.
We went backwards to Kuta Lombok.
The final destination was Desa Sade. By the way, if you want to buy the cheapest clothes in Lombok, don't buy here. Just buy from the sellers in Tanjung Aan.
That was the end of my Lombok journey. It was such a short holiday. I want to go there again, for sure, to explore more beaches that Pak Ikhsan mentioned.
